Even in a group setting, our innovative training style allows us to focus on YOU to ensure that YOU are using the proper form and getting the most out of each exercise. You will gain more out of doing less correctly than doing more incorrectly at the risk of injury. By the third week, you will notice your performance level increase in reps, resistance, and strength.
