R.I.P. Fitness we are committed to 'Quality vs Quantity. Even in a group setting, our innovative training style allows us to focus on YOU to ensure that YOU are using the proper form and getting the most out of each exercise. You will gain more from doing less correctly, rather than doing more incorrectly at the risk of injury. By the third week, you will notice your performance level increase in reps, resistance, and strength.
We offer two camps (4 weeks each). One in the morning for the early riser, three days a week (Mon, Weds, Fri); and one in the evening for those getting off of work/school, two days a week (Tues & Thurs). Both camps are held INDOORS, so rain, frigid or hot temps are NEVER an EXCUSE to miss out on a great workout. Our Fitness Camps work great for EVERYONE regardless of your fitness level.
